(“Shublie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you access or use our platform, including the “Shublie” application (for customers), the “Shublie Partners” application (for vendors), the Shublie website at www.shublie.com, and all associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Shublie Platform, you signify your understanding, acknowledgment, and agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described in this Policy, please do not use our Platform.
- INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
Shublie Inc. is a U.S.-based corporation that operates an online platform designed to connect individuals (“Users”) seeking professional shoe polishing and leather care services with independent, third-party service providers (“Vendors”). We function solely as a facilitator and technology provider, enabling Users to initiate service requests and Vendors to render services.
This Policy applies to all information collected from or about you when you interact with our Platform, regardless of how you access it (e.g., via mobile app, website, or other online services). It covers personal information, which is data that can be used to identify you directly or indirectly, such as your name, address, email, phone number, and financial details, as well as non-personal information.
- INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To provide, maintain, protect, and improve our services, Shublie collects various types of information. The specific data collected depends on your interaction with our Platform (e.g., whether you are a User or a Vendor, or simply browse our website).

- Pickup and Delivery Addresses: Full street addresses, cross streets, apartment/unit numbers, and any special delivery instructions.
- Scheduling Preferences: Requested date and time for pickup and delivery.
- Photographs: You may upload images of your items to help Vendors understand the scope of work.
- Payment Information: To process transactions, we collect payment card details (card number, expiration date, CVV) or other financial account information. This data is securely processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers, retaining only a tokenized version that allows us to process future transactions.
- Communications: Records of your communications with us (e.g., customer support inquiries, feedback, emails, chat messages) and with Vendors through the Platform’s messaging features.
